| You are hereby advised that I will vacate my storage space listed below. This will serve as my five days notice to vacate. I agree that I will leave the unit swept, empty, and in good condition. I understand that I must remove all items from my storage space, remove my lock, and pay all amounts owed, if any. If items are left inside the storage space after my move out date, Big Red Self Storage may dispose of items and I will be charged a $100 clean up & dumpster fee. I also understand that if I fail to vacate by the date below I will give notice to the manager that I would like to retain my unit until a later date. I understand that the use of the garbage dumpsters to dispose of unwanted items is prohibited. If dumpsters are used, a $50 fee will be added to my account. |
